About
Converts locally between Unix/epoch timestamps and readable dates for logs and expiry checks.
How to use
Enter a timestamp or date string, then convert timestamp → date or date → timestamp.
What this tool does
Converts both ways so you do not hand-count seconds since 1970.
Input and output examples
0 is the Unix epoch. Use Now to fill the current time, then convert.
Common uses
Read JWT exp, compare server logs, or turn an event start time into epoch.
Limits
Local conversion. Invalid dates are explained instead of silently becoming Invalid Date.
FAQ
How do I tell seconds from milliseconds?
13 digits are usually milliseconds, 10 digits seconds. The wrong unit yields a far-future or 1970-ish date.
What timezone is used?
Readable time uses the browser’s local timezone. The same timestamp shows a different wall clock in another zone.
Is it uploaded?
No.
