Paste up to ten @gmail.com addresses and each comes back with a status from the upstream check. No mail is sent, so nobody on your list learns that you looked. Addresses on other domains are rejected rather than guessed at.
How to use
One address per line, ten at most. Anything above the limit fails or gets cut, so split a longer list into batches. Each row returns a status plus the raw upstream status behind it.
Three answers, and the difference between them
Valid means the address resolves to an account in a usable state. Not found means nothing is there, which is what a typo or a made up address returns. Disabled sits between the two: the account existed and no longer accepts mail. That middle case is the one worth acting on in a list you are cleaning, because it points at an address that used to work.
Existing and reachable are separate questions
An address can be perfectly valid and still never see your message. Filters route mail to spam, mailboxes fill up, and sending reputation decides a surprising amount before anything reaches a folder. Use this to remove addresses that cannot possibly work, and treat deliverability as the separate problem it is, measured in your own sending logs.
Not a name availability check
Some people arrive wanting to know whether an address is free to register. This does not answer that. Google withholds recently released names, keeps reserved words, and applies rules that no outside checker can see. A not found result here is not permission to expect the name at signup.
What happens to the addresses you paste
They go to our server, which runs the upstream check and returns the result. They are not added to a list, sold, or mailed. Ten at a time keeps the exercise small enough to be deliberate, which suits the actual use case of cleaning a short list rather than processing a database.
FAQ
Why only ten addresses?
That is the ceiling of the upstream check, not a paywall. Longer lists go through in batches of ten.
Can I check addresses on my own company domain?
No. This path is specific to @gmail.com. For another domain, the MX lookup tells you which server handles its mail, and the SMTP test tells you whether that server answers.
Does valid mean my email will arrive?
No, and that gap catches people out. Valid describes the address. Whether a message lands depends on filters, storage, and the reputation of whoever is sending.
Will the account holder be notified?
No. Nothing is delivered to the address, so there is nothing for them to see.
